About Blumira roles for MSPs

The table below displays the different MSP user roles that are available in Blumira, with a list of each of their capabilities. 

Notes:

• Feature availability is determined by the account's license. See Blumira Pricing for an overview of which features are available in each edition.
• See Managing users for details about editing user role settings.
• See Adding and updating users in MSP Portal for details about managing roles of MSP users across multiple accounts.
• You can assign multiple roles to a user, with the exception of the Monitor role, which is only for viewing the Monitor dashboard or sending notifications to your PSA tool. Monitor role will override any other roles assigned to a user.
• The MSP Portal is only visible to those who are Administrators in the MSP parent account.
