If the API connection fails, email notifications will be sent with a subject line that includes "Blumira integration failsafe used" at the end, and the body of the email will include “Warning, check your PSA Integration setup in Blumira.” An administrator of the Blumira account needs to fix the issues causing the API error.
The following scenarios can cause the integration to fail:

Custom mapping has changed, so values are different in ConnectWise and have not been updated in Blumira. ConnectWise credentials/keys have changed so we cannot connect to the correct endpoint. If this is the issue, you will also see errors in the MSP Integrations table. | Verify your PSA credentials and update in Blumira (MSP Portal > MSP Integrations > ConnectWise > ConnectWise PSA API Connection). |
